GENERAL TERMS OF USE OF THE SERVICES OF en.anabela.bg

These GENERAL TERMS and CONDITIONS regulate the relationship between „Anabela“ OOD (en.anabela.bg; Seller) and the Users of electronic (Internet) pages and services located on the domain www.en.anabela.bg, its subdomains and the mobile design en.anabela.bg (collectively referred to as the „Online Store“) and using the information and commercial services, offered by en.anabela.bg (Service/s) in the Online Store, including the conditions for entering into a distance sales contract with „Anabela“ OOD or another merchant („Partner“) offering goods and services for sale through the Online Store. In order to be able to use the Services of en.anabela.bg, the User registers in the Online Store, with which he agrees, fully accepts and undertakes to comply with these General Terms and Conditions.

By registering in the Online Store, the User confirms and declares his agreement with the following:

  1. The visualization of goods in the Online Store has the character of an online catalog depicting the Seller’s product portfolio and does not constitute a legally binding offer. By pressing the button „Buy now/Buy with one click“, the User expresses his will to purchase the corresponding item. The seller confirms receipt of the order and allocates it for processing. After successful processing, the User receives a notification of approval of the order and its movement for delivery. In the event that any of the hypotheses in these General Terms and Conditions is present, the Seller may not approve the order, respectively may not confirm the conclusion of a distance purchase-sale contract.
  2. The information services of the Online Store are provided „as published“.en.anabela.bg is not responsible for the accuracy of the published information.
  3. en.anabela.bg is not responsible and does not commit to deadlines for providing information about completed orders to the User, the status of his or other Users’ inquiries, questions and comments about products, availability of products, as well as for damages suffered and/or lost profits and other losses of any kind and amount, occurring after, as a result of or due to use / impossibility of use (due to technical problems, prevention, decisions of the administrator, etc. .) of the Online Store.
  4. en.anabela.bg is not responsible in the event that, when using the Online Store or materials from it, damage occurs to the user, which requires repair or repair of equipment or loss of information , and all costs related to the removal of such damages are at the expense of the User.
  5. For certain items offered by the Seller, the User has the opportunity to send an inquiry about availability and/or status by pressing the „Inquire“ button. In these cases, the Seller registers the inquiry and the User receives an automatic e-mail confirming the receipt of the inquiry. In the event of a registered inquiry, the Seller undertakes only to provide information on the availability and/or condition of the selected goods and does not undertake to enter into a purchase and sale contract for these goods. („Products with status „Inquiry“)
  6. The online system for purchases through the Online Store reflects the availability of the items at the current moment of the check, taking into account the dynamics in the turnover, it is possible that certain items and accessories to them, published and appearing in the Online Store as „available“ in Anabela OOD stores at at the time of the check, be exhausted at the time of the request and cannot be ordered and delivered through the Online Store. In all cases, en.anabela.bg informs users who have placed an order through the Online Store about the possibility / impossibility of delivery of the goods requested through the Online System.
  7. It is possible that the parameters (time/delivery method, etc.) of an order placed through the Online system may be changed, and en.anabela.bg undertakes to notify the User of the changes made to the e-mail provided by him and / or contact phone number and/or in another appropriate way, no later than the time of sending the order confirmation message to the User. To change the delivery address, payment type, change or add an item, change invoice data and/or other parameters of the order, the User should contact an online associate of en.anabela.bg at the specified contact details ( 076606500/ email: sales@en.anabela.bg), until the order is sent for execution. After receiving the subsequent notification about the confirmation and execution of the order, no changes can be made.
  8. In order to use the services of the Online Store, the User should access the World Wide Web directly or through other devices that can access Web-based content, providing all necessary equipment to access the World Wide Web, including a computer, modem or other means of accessing the Internet.en.anabela.bg  is not responsible for any disruptions or technical problems thwarting the use of the Online Store due to the quality of the computer equipment used by the User.
  9. When registering in the Online Store, the User provides true, accurate, up-to-date and complete information necessary to carry out the sale, by filling in all the mandatory fields of the registration form.
  10. The seller is not responsible for an incorrectly and/or inaccurately executed order, in the event that the user provides false, inaccurate, out-of-date or incomplete information, and also has the right to refuse further access to the person to some or all of the services offered on the Online Store.

By registering in the Online Store, the User has the opportunity to select and check the box „I want to receive information about promotions and new products“, thereby confirming and declaring the following :

The user gives his indefinite express and unconditional consent, pending his possible express written cancellation, for the personal data provided by him to be collected, stored, processed and used by en.anabela.bg and/or authorized to contractual or other grounds from the company, third parties or Partners, for marketing and advertising purposes and analyzes of en.anabela.bg or other persons, as well as for any other purposes not prohibited by legislation.
  1. To receive information, through the provided contact details, commercial messages about products and services of en.anabela.bg and/or current activities, marketing and promotional messages and/or for the purposes of marketing research and the collection of information, and in the event that he does not wish to receive such information, the User has the opportunity to opt out of receiving the information through the inquiry forms/email confirmation of an order made and/or the contact form indicated on the Online Store.
  1. By registering in the Online Store and ticking the box „We need your consent to process your personal data“, the User confirms and declares that he gives his indefinite express and unconditional consent to his possible express written cancellation, the personal data provided by him to be collected, stored, processed and used by en.anabela.bg and/or third parties authorized on contractual or other grounds by the company, for the purposes of using the Online Store.
  1. By registering in the Online Store and ticking the box „I accept the terms of use“, the User confirms and declares that he has read the present General Terms and Conditions for using the services of en.anabela.bg.

If the User does not mark any of the above two mandatory fields, registration in the Online Store will not be possible.

  1. Protection of personal data.
  1. „Annabela“ OOD is a personal data administrator established in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and processes personal data lawfully and in good faith in connection with the purposes of its activity – wholesale and retail trade of goods and does not further process them in an incompatible manner with these goals.
  2. „Annabela“ Ltd. processes personal data for the stated purposes or on the condition that the natural person to whom the data refers has given his express consent, as in the absence of express consent from the person to whom the data refers, „Annabela“ Ltd. has no right to process his data.
  3. The user agrees that the personal data declared by him will be provided by en.anabela.bg to Unicredit Consumer Financing AD.
  4. The personal data that the User provides, as well as the personal data that „Annabella“ OOD receives in the process of providing its commercial services, are processed and stored by „Annabella“ OOD in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament) and the Personal Data Protection Act. Detailed information on the purposes and legal basis for the processing of personal data; the categories of recipients of personal data; the period for which the personal data will be stored; the rights of data subjects in connection with the processing of their personal data by „Annabela“ OOD, as well as information on the way in which they can be exercised; contact details of the data protection officer and any other information that the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data requires to be provided to Users is contained in the Personal Data Protection Policy of „Annabella“ OOD, which is published on the Internet the page of „Anabela“ OOD – https://www.en.anabela.bg/personal-data and is available in the commercial outlets of „Anabela“ OOD (the „Policy“).“
  1. Intellectual property rights, copyrights and restrictions related thereto.
  1. Users may use all services offered in the Online Store for personal needs, for non-profit purposes and provided that they do not violate the copyright or other intellectual property rights of en.anabela.bg or to third parties related directly or indirectly to the materials in the Online Store. It is expressly prohibited that the materials published on this Site be copied, publicly distributed or given away, for any purpose by the Users.
  2. en.anabela.bg reserves the right to assign the rights to publish materials and other information published in the Online Store to third parties upon an additional written contract governing the legal relations between

  4. When purchasing goods that are the subject of copyright, patent and/or other intellectual property rights, en.anabela.bg does not grant any additional rights for use and distribution, except for the expressly mentioned rights and /or licenses from the manufacturer/distributor of the goods.
  5. All goods and services provided by en.anabela.bg which enjoy protection according to the Law on the Protection of Copyright and Related Rights, the Law on Trademarks and Geographical Indications and other applicable Bulgarian and European legislation, are provided to Users in their original form, packaging and medium, without any influence on the part of en.anabela.bg and according to the licenses and distribution rights granted by the manufacturers and/ or their distributors for the Republic of Bulgaria.
  6. Links of the Online Store to other sites owned by third parties are published for the convenience of users. When using such a reference, users are not using a service provided by en.anabela.bg and with regard to the use of the reference outside the Online Store, these General Terms and Conditions do not apply.
  7. en.anabela.bg is not responsible for the information and/or content of other sites owned by third parties, and does not require or recommend the use of these sites or the information published on them . Any risks associated with the use of such sites are borne by the Users.
  1. Presented goods and services in the Online Store.
  1. The information about the goods in the Online Store is distributed by types, groups and subgroups;

In the page (link) to each item listed in the Online Store, information is provided regarding the price, the main characteristics of the product, availability, aimed at helping Users make an informed choice when purchasing the product.en.anabela.bg is not responsible for inaccuracies in the description of the goods, which do not relate to the main characteristics of the goods, and does not claim the completeness of the information provided.
  3. en.anabela.bg reserves the right to publish names, models and other information about goods in English or any other language when:

a) There is a danger with the translation that valuable information about the characteristics of the goods will be lost;

b) There is no universally accepted unambiguous terminology in the Bulgarian language;

c) The goods themselves carry information in English or another language, for example, software, music and movies in English or another language;

  1. All prices indicated in the Online Store are in Bulgarian Leva and include VAT. In case the product has several modifications, the prices for each of the modifications are indicated on the page.en.anabela.bg has the right at any time and without warning to make changes to the published products, services, prices and other characteristics of the goods and the Users are considered informed of the said changes, starting from the moment of publication of these changes. It is possible that the information for some of the published products has not been updated, but in any case, when an order is placed through the Online Store for a product with non-updated information, Users will be notified of the update of the information before the product is delivered to them. Some of the information published in the Online Store may refer to products, services or programs that are not offered and/or are out of stock and/or not available at the moment.

All prices indicated on the Online Store are updated periodically. In-store pricing may vary. All prices in the Online Store are for the online purchase of goods from the Online Store.

  1. Purchasing goods and/or services from the Online Store
  1. The user has the right to order all goods and services specified in the online store at en.anabela.bg. When placing the order, the User has the right to choose the type, brand and model of the goods and their quantity, the terms of payment, the method of delivery, according to the options offered in the Online Store.
  2. The User has the opportunity to place an order for a product that, at the time of the order, is not available in Anabella OOD stores and/or is ordered specifically for the Customer by the relevant supplier. For these products, it is necessary to use the „Send Inquiry“ button.
  3. In the case of a payment purchase, the User does not have the opportunity to indicate a delivery period chosen by him – in these cases, it is from 24 hours to 4 days and begins to run from the moment en.anabela.bg received the credit applicant’s approval notification from the lending institution.
  4. The goods offered in the Online Store are intended for home use and are sold in quantities typical for a household. In case of doubt that a User (natural or legal person) intends to purchase goods in quantities and/or for the purpose of resale and/or for the purpose of use for other purposes, en.anabela.bg reserves the right , at its sole discretion, to refuse sale to such persons.
  5. At any time before completing an order by pressing the „Send order“ button, the User has the right to make changes to the goods and services selected by him through his user basket.After successfully sending the order, changes can be made until the moment of receiving an e-mail message for confirmation and execution of the order, by contacting our associate. After receiving the confirmation notice and sending the fulfillment order, no changes are allowed.
  6. When placing an order through the Online Store, the User enters into a contractual relationship with „Annabela“ OOD for the purchase and sale of the selected item, regulated by these General Terms and Conditions, and the contract is considered concluded after receiving the confirmation of a successfully processed order from page of en.anabela.bg, containing all the above parameters and according to the instructions indicated in the Online Store and/or in the e-mail confirmation of the order placed;
  7. en.anabela.bg has the right to change the prices indicated in the Online Store at any time and without being obliged to notify the Users in advance. The user is obliged to pay the price that was indicated in the Online Store at the time of placing the order, regardless of whether it is lower or higher than the updated price. In the event of technical errors in the published information in the Online Store, as a result of which the order cannot be fulfilled, en.anabela.bg has the right to refuse the fulfillment of the order, not owing any other compensation to the User, except refund of amounts paid and/or deposited by the user for the canceled order, if any.
  1. Conditions for Online Purchase Payment from the Online Store
  1. Any user who wishes to purchase a product/s on payment through the online store should apply to the credit institution „Unicredit Consumer Financing EAD“ to obtain a consumer loan.
  2. Only a user whose specific online order has a total online price (excluding the delivery price) equal to or greater than BGN 150 (one hundred and fifty) is entitled to apply for a loan, regardless of the number and unit online selling price of the goods included in the order.
  3. Application is done online only, by clicking on the button „Buy on payment“ and then following the prescribed procedure.
  4. The conditions that the user must meet in order to be granted credit are determined unilaterally by the credit institution, in accordance with its credit policy. Anabela Ltd. Plus Ltd. is not involved in any way in the financing of credit for the purchase, as well as in any of the relations that arise between the User and the credit institution in connection with the credit, including, but not limited to, determining the conditions for applying for a loan, the approval or refusal of lending, determining the terms and duration of the loan agreement, in case of non-performance – in taking the actions provided for in the law related to enforcement, etc. Anabela Ltd. Plus Ltd. is not a representative and does not carry out intermediary activities for the benefit of any credit institution.
  5. In the event that the user chooses the payment method „Buy on installments“, the lease is carried out through – Unicredit Consumer Financing EAD“
  6. Delivery of goods/s purchased on payment, through the online store, takes place only after en.anabela.bg has been duly notified by the financial institution that the applicant has been approved, with the subject „Crediting in full amount“ of the respective order. The term for delivery of the goods purchased on payment is from 24 hours to 4 days and starts to run from the moment en.anabela.bg receives the notification according to the previous sentence and contacts the applicant

7. Delivery is carried out based on the data (three names and social security number, delivery address – work or current address, email address, telephone) specified by the user in the Consumer Credit Agreement . The delivered goods are accompanied by the following documents: invoice, completed warranty card and receipt. An invoice signed by the user must be returned to the courier. The receipt of the product(s) is performed in person by the person who concluded the credit agreement, after confirming his identity by presenting an identity document.

  1. Payment for purchased goods and services
  1. When paying in cash, with cash on delivery, for the ordered and delivered goods and/or services, the User undertakes to pay at the time of delivery to en.anabela.bg > or to his representative/subcontractor, carrying out the delivery of the ordered goods, its full value, according to the confirmed order and the purchase documents accompanying the goods.
  2. When paying by bank transfer, the User pays an amount equal to the value of the ordered goods, according to the confirmed order, to the bank account of Anabela OOD Plus OOD indicated in the generated invoice and only after the payment is confirmed and the corresponding amount received on the bank account of „Anabela“ OOD, en.anabela.bg executes the delivery of the ordered goods and/or services.
  3. When paying through a virtual POS terminal, the User pays an amount equal to the value of the ordered goods, according to the confirmed order, through a virtual POS terminal and only after the payment transaction is confirmed, en .anabela.bg performs the delivery of the ordered goods and/or services.
  4. In the case of payment through consumer product credit from a credit institution partnering with the Seller, the rules of Section 6 and the consumer credit agreement concluded between the User and the relevant financial institution shall apply.
  5. Vouchers for purchases of goods in Anabella OOD stores, as well as gift cards (gift cards) issued by Anabella OOD Plus OOD, cannot be used to pay for ordered goods and/or services from the Online Store.
  1. Delivery of Purchased Goods
  1. The deadline for the delivery of the ordered goods to the address specified by the user is from 24 hours to 4 working days, after receiving confirmation of the order, and the deadline can be extended on public holidays and/or weekends, with the deadline on non-working days. In all cases, a delay in the specified delivery terms is possible, for which the user should be promptly notified by en.anabela.bg.
  2. Delivery of Products by individual order to the address specified by the user is indicated on the page of the relevant product. The term begins to run from the moment of receipt of confirmation of the order and can be extended on public holidays and/or weekends, with the term of non-working days. In all cases, a delay in the specified delivery terms is possible, of which the user should be promptly notified by en.anabela.bg.
  3. Delivery of the ordered goods is carried out in the way chosen by the User and according to the specified terms.en.anabela.bg reserves the right to extend the specified terms by up to 7 (seven) days without informing the Users in advance, and to extend the terms by more than 7 (seven) days with the prior consent of the of the User who requested the delivery.
  4. The price for delivery of ordered goods with a total value of more than BGN 90 inclusive is free for Bulgaria, and up to BGN 89.99 is paid by the User in the amount according to the courier tariff. Exceptions are oversized items and those with a special delivery mode . The price of the shipping costs is automatically calculated in the order value and is indicated under the information about the ordered item.
  5. When placing an order for a purchase from the Online Store, in „Remarks“ the user has the opportunity to specify a convenient delivery day, as en.anabela.bg matches the delivery with the user’s preferences, for which the same is notified in a timely manner.
  6. When placing an order for a purchase from the Online Store, the User has the option to select the option to receive the goods „Pick up from the store“, where he can receive the goods he ordered from the Anabela OOD store, of his choice. Ordering with the „Pick up in store“ option is only possible for locations where the products are physically available. After processing an order with the „Collect from store“ option, the user is notified via the provided mobile phone that the product/service is ready for collection. After this notification, the product/service is reserved for the user for a period of 3 working days in the selected commercial outlet, and the User has the opportunity to receive it on site during this period. After the expiry of the period for receipt according to the previous sentence, in case the goods are not received by the User, the order will be automatically cancelled.
  7. en.anabela.bg may request additional confirmation from the user about the order placed, including by phone, e-mail. In the event that the User refuses to provide the information requested by en.anabela.bg, the refusal to provide it leads to the automatic cancellation of the order with or without further notification to the User.
  8. „Annabela“ Ltd. has no obligation to assemble and install the delivered goods, unless otherwise stated for the purchased goods.
  9. Delivery of goods purchased from„Annabella“ OOD takes place until:
  10. Entrance of a residential or office building to which there is a passable road;
  11. Door to a yard, for houses with a yard or next to the door of a house, for houses without a yard, to which there is a passable road;
  1. en.anabela.bg is not responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond en.anabela.bg‘s control, such as delays on the part of the delivery courier.
  1. When making the delivery, the goods should be carefully inspected by the User and/or a person authorized by him.All purchases made through the Online Store are sent with the „Check before receiving/payment“ option, except when the delivery method is selected to an Econt machine or to a Speedy automatic post office.
  1. In the event of external visible defects – possible damages, impacts and other damages detected during delivery, the User should sign a damage report in the presence of the courier, in which he describes the detected defects and immediately notify en.anabela.bg on phone 076606500
  1. Upon acceptance of the delivery by the User without comments, all and any subsequent claims for external visible defects of the goods received are unfounded and as such should not be satisfied. In the event that a damage report is not prepared and signed in the presence of the courier or external defects are not noted in the delivery documents upon receipt of the goods and/or the user does not immediately notify en.anabela.bg on phone 076606500 at the time of delivery, the same loses its right to bring the detected external visible defects in accordance with the sales contract.
  1. If an incorrect or incorrect address, contact person and/or phone number are specified when submitting the order, en.anabela.bg is not responsible for incorrect execution or non-execution of the order as a result of the submitted wrong and /or inaccurate information from the User.
  1. When handing over the goods (except in the case of delivery of goods on payment), the User or a third party, previously indicated by him, is obliged to sign the accompanying documents for making the delivery. A third party is any person who is not a party to the sales contract concluded with Anabela OOD, but accepts the goods upon delivery to the delivery address specified by the User.
    In the event that the User is not found within the deadline for delivery to the address specified by him and/or access to the delivery address is not provided, en.anabela.bg is released from its obligation to deliver the ordered goods and the User loses the opportunity to have the ordered goods delivered to him.
  1. When the delivered goods clearly do not correspond to those requested for purchase by the User, and this can be established during a simple inspection, the User has the right to request that the delivered goods be replaced with those corresponding to the concluded contract for the purchase and sale of goods, by notifying < strong>en.anabela.bg for such a request by phone 076606500 or by e-mail: sales@en.anabela.bg immediately, in time of delivery. Upon acceptance of the delivery by the User without comments, all and any subsequent claims are unfounded and as such should not be satisfied.
  1. en.anabela.bg reserves the right to choose / change the subcontractor performing the delivery without being obliged to inform the User in advance, as long as this does not reflect the method and term of delivery.

  1. en.anabela.bgmakes deliveries, including through a subcontractor/s, only on the territory of Bulgaria.
  1. Cancellation of purchased goods
  1. The user has the right to withdraw from the distance contract or the off-premises contract, without giving a reason, without paying compensation or penalty, within 14 days from the date of which the User or a third party other than the carrier and specified by him took possession of the goods or the date on which the User or a third party other than the carrier and specified by him took possession of the last goods, in the case of a contract, according to which several goods have been ordered with one order.
  2. When ordering a product that is not available in Technomarket stores at the time of the order, the user has the right to withdraw from the contract at a distance or from the contract outside the commercial premises, without giving a reason, without owing compensation or penalty,
  3. strong>within a period of 14 days, counted from the date on which the User or a third party other than the carrier and specified by him took possession of the goods or the date on which the User or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by him, has taken possession of the last goods, in a contract under which you order many goods in one order, according to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
  4. In order to exercise his right of refusal, the User should notify en.anabela.bg of his name, geographic address, order number and, if any, telephone number, email address and your decision to withdraw from the contract with an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail). The user may use the attached standard opt-out form, but it is not mandatory:

The user may also fill out and submit electronically the standard opt-out form or other unambiguous opt-out application, and in case of using this option, en.anabela.bg will immediately send to a permanent carrier or e-mail message confirming receipt of the refusal. In order for the withdrawal period to be met, it is sufficient for the user to send his message regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

In the event that the user withdraws from the contract, en.anabela.bg will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except for return costs, which are at the expense of of the user or additional costs related to a delivery method selected by the user other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by en.anabela.bg) without undue delay and in any case not – later than 14 days from the date on which the user informs en.anabela.bg> of his decision to withdraw from the contract.
  1. By accepting these general terms and conditions, the User expressly agrees that the refund of the amount paid by him shall be made to a bank account provided by him.

  1. The deadline is considered met if the user returns the goods to en.anabela.bg before the 14-day period expires. The direct costs of returning the goods are for the account of the User.

The goods must be returned in their original packaging in its entirety, complete with accompanying documentation and undamaged, in the form in which it was received.en.anabela.bg reserves the right, in case the returned goods have damaged packaging, traces of use, scratches, bumps, damaged by electric shock, with missing accessories, warranty card, to assess whether to accept the returned goods.
  1. The user is responsible for reducing the value of the goods as a result of testing them, other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and good functioning. Testing in a way other than necessary is considered any testing of the goods that is different from what is required in the practice of usual and reasonable testing in the commercial establishment.
  1. Rejection of certain types of purchased goods can be exercised, according to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act and under the following conditions:

14.1. for the delivery of goods which, due to their nature, may deteriorate in quality;

14.2. for the delivery of sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection, small white goods and small electrical appliances for the kitchen, coffee machines, toasters, electric kettles, irons, vacuum cleaners and others ). Exceptions are allowed at the discretion of the Seller, in the event that it certifies that such goods are unopened and/or used;

  1. en.anabela.bg is responsible for any lack of conformity of the consumer goods with the sales contract, which exists when the goods are delivered and occurs up to two years after their delivery, according to the provisions of Art. 31 of the Law on the Provision of Digital Content and Digital Services and on the Sale of Goods – „ZPCSCUPS“ („Legal Guarantee“). The trader is responsible according to the Legal Guarantee to persons having the status of a user, in the sense of §6, item 6 of the Additional provisions of the ЗПСССУПС – any natural person who, in connection with the contracts for the provision of digital content and digital services and the contracts for the sale of goods acts outside the scope of his commercial or business activity, trade or profession or in the sense of §13, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Additional Provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection – any natural person who acquires goods or uses services that are not intended for carrying out a commercial or professional activity, and any natural person who, as a party to a contract within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, acts outside the scope of his commercial or professional activity („User“) .

Commercial guarantee is any obligation assumed by the trader (seller) or manufacturer (guarantor) to the consumer, in addition to his obligation by law to ensure conformity of the goods with the contract of sale, in order to refund the amount paid or to replace or repair the goods, or provide any other type of service related to the goods, when they do not meet the specifications or possibly other requirements unrelated to the conformity of the goods with the contract of sale, specified in the application for the provision of a commercial guarantee or in the relevant advertisement made at the time of conclusion or before the conclusion of the contract. The commercial guarantee is an independent obligation assumed by the manufacturer and/or the trader and does not affect the rights that the Users have under the provisions of the Act on the provision of digital content and digital services and on the sale of goods.
  3. With each delivery of goods subject to warranty service, en.anabela.bg issues and provides the User with an appropriate warranty card with the product data and warranty terms, as well as indicating all the conditions of the provided commercial warranty, if any.
  4. The user cannot invoke and loses his rights under the provided Commercial guarantee:

a) in case of lost warranty card;

b) in the event of an attempt to carry out repairs and eliminate non-conformity by a person or service center not authorized by en.anabela.bg;

c) in case of damage caused by incorrect operation;

d) in case of violation of the physical integrity of the product;

e) in case of chemical, electrical and/or other impact unrelated to the normal operation of the product;

  1. The commercial warranty provided for the product does not cover product components with a limited shelf life (batteries, consumables, etc.). Warranty service is carried out only and only in the service centers indicated on the warranty card, in the presence of complete documentation and completeness of the product.
